Policies 

Policies:

• CTSG Studio LLC guarantees all work to be free from defective materials and workmanship. We will perform any restoration work made necessary by such defects. CTSG Studio LLC will honor this guarantee for 1 year from the date of completion.

• All materials are guaranteed to be as specified in the estimate. All work will be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices for stained glass fabrication. 

• Glass is ordered according to our client's requests. There are occasions where the glass arrives with a slight variation in color. CTSG Studio will do the best it can to match your request however cannot be held liable for slight variations in color.

• It is the owner’s responsibility to arrange for storage for your project if there is a delayed installation date or pick up. The shop has a limited amount of space and damages to someone’s project can occur. CTSG Studio is able to move your project to your storage facility for a fee.

Payment Terms for Custom Projects:

• 1/2 down to start the project and purchase materials.

• 1/2 balance due upon completion, pick-up, or on the day of installation at the site

Payment Terms for Large Project and Church Estimates

• 1/3 down to start the project and purchase materials.

• 1/3 at the halfway point of fabrication

• 1/3 balance due upon completion or on the day of installation at the site

Additional charges

• Urgent deadline fee 

• Custom design fee (starts at $300)

• Intricacy or complexity of artistry necessary- project based.

• Any alteration or deviation from the estimate involving extra cost will be executed on a written change order and will be an extra charge over and above the estimate.

• Travel time and mileage is figured and included in your estimate.

• There is a late fee of $50 for payments not made within 2 weeks of job completion.
