Getting Started

How it Works

• Give us a call with a description of your project. We encourage clients to send a photo of a site (church, home, doorway, etc.), idea, or item for restoration/repair. If you do not reach our staff due to an installation, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call within a week.

• If you want a custom design, the Master Glass Craftsman will create one to your liking. There is a one-time charge of $300 and up for any artwork design. Once the design is agreed upon, it is set. Any changes will require a change order form, and this will incur a fee.

• The Master Glass Craftsman will provide a reasonable estimate for your project. If it requires glass to be purchased, the options of glass run from economy to custom. Glass purchases take time to receive.

• If you have a custom project, expect to put 1/2 down to begin.

• If you have a large custom project or a church, expect to put 1/3 down to begin the project and purchase materials.

• All projects are placed in the que. Charlestowne Stained Glass is a small shop, and we will do our best to communicate to you an estimated time of completion.
